A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.

设定很新奇很大胆但整部电影没有未来感反而偏向复古，不过我确实不怎么喜欢这种故事性不强的电影，看一会就要走神一次
很少看到一个电影中，人体器官像玩具一样摆来摆去，而这一切就发生在人类失去痛觉同时也失去意义与希望的未来。人类的进化似乎走向了一个迷惘的交叉点，有人抗拒变化，而更多的是拥抱与接受。有意思的是不知是器官的狂野生长推进了人类的演化，还是人类希望进化的信念促进了器官的生长。片子的设定怪异而新颖，特别是夜幕下报废的轮船象征着曾经的文明不复存在甚至出现了倒退，不过这一次拯救我们的不是英雄，而是我们从未意识到却始终联系最亲密的身体。美术和音乐非常NB，i don't like "Titane",but i love this one.
欣赏不来，器官恐怖还不如那些纯粹的分尸血浆，到头来难道是个环保片？
现在是下午五点半，看完后突然很饿。美学意义大于思想意义，即使是未来，没有肉体的生活也是无法想象的
很享受但却不太喜欢的作品。美术很厉害，那些个仿佛只会出现在概念设计里的笔触，人物的一吐一吸，刻画出了一个阴暗的下行世界，但可惜主题内核好像要追求普世性一般陈旧，“不彻底的反抗”反而输了很多其他外表温柔内里发力的东西，就还是不够creep，有点遗憾。但还是蛮想在大银幕看的，至少有些镜头很令人兴奋。这么一总结，有点像《兰心大剧院》(误)。4.5归4。
看得懵……人类为什么会进化，对痛觉的感知为什么变了。是进化还是退化？自我“剖析”还是自残，娱乐至上还是行为艺术？人类应该吃下自己的工业垃圾？痛苦可以和欲望连结：surgery is the new sex，什么进化方向才是正确？我觉得想要探讨的东西很多，但都没表达得太清楚，或者比较开放……
现代感官刺激将过剩，未来人类开始寻求内在器官新刺激了？！

虽然结束的很突然，但是满满的性张力是怎么回事。
虽然是一个经典的柯能堡式异变故事但整部电影的质感十分干净。这一次柯能堡选择去讲述内部的腐败，一种在黑暗与未知中悄然发生的变异。这种变异是适应自然的进化还是违背伦理的改造?柯能堡留下开放式的答案，他更着迷于美和艺术在其中参与的角色。
以身体作媒介，柯南伯格将其特有的唯物性的认识论架构进一步延展，通过手术、睡眠、死亡、义体、病症、肿瘤等生理性的现象或隐喻或象征或揭示着此种表象自身。在言辞或缜密或狂想的系统结构中，耦合着语言与感官的对立统一，架构出了一部论文体的影像诗。
极度缺乏睡眠时逼自己去大银幕第一次看这位，结果睡了40分钟打破了个人记录（电脑上重看统计了时间）。如此直白地强调metaphor和emotion却和Titane位于两个极端，采访里自述更像note而非影像与台词里的“Better with conceptual art”的自嘲足以表明态度，不如将对形式的反对上升到纯文字的“高度”。尽管配乐、希腊外景与室内戏打光、中景特写的切换和所有手术场景的运动是为数不多的亮点且对话和全景甚至拍得像花絮，在电脑上补完后依然觉得值得为概念加半星，有种转瞬即逝的内在诗意。认可度终于成功从dream is the new sex转向surgery！
未来罪行，概念先行。吃掉塑料，净化垃圾，保护地球，不是罪行。故弄玄虚，不明所以，明星扎堆，也救不起。
柯南伯格的科幻风格与过往作品保持着高度一致——笨拙的、庞大的、无用的、粗糙的、形似人体骨骼和器官的“仪器”辅助着人，而人在不断的追求异化又害怕异化……为坚持这样独特的美学风格+1星
可能我对克制的柯南伯格不太接受。人物内在过于追求高概念设定，还没想好这个未来是怎样的“实在”表演就结束了。物种进化和继承从自然理论过渡到人为嵌入，假如没有警察的线会好很多，他根本和vigo对不上戏嘛。我还挺喜欢极具想象力的new sex方法
这电影相当相当的行为艺术了。重口味又没啥核心内容，˃ʍ˂挺无趣的，纯粹看演员表演了，而且重口味镜头恶心🤢，不是俺的菜。
形式大于概念，到后来甚至觉得有些好笑，觉得符合人类装模作样又故作高深的浅薄。另外k在此片的感觉像是从暮色穿越过来的…
delicate，complex，meaningful
