The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 剧情中规中矩，没有突兀的地方。易烊千玺进步了。
勉强给个及格分。拍出《药神》的文牧野也让我失望了。很难共情，故事桥段和矛盾冲突设计的痕迹太明显了。太多“道德绑架”，太多“狗血鸡汤”，看开头猜到结尾系列，灵性还不如同题材的《一点就到家》。
3.5中规中矩，剧本弱了点，配角的演出挺有看点，四字弟弟的选片很有意思，未来可期。

标准商业电影，经不起细节的推敲，靠群像撑起故事和立意，结局与煽情都是意料之中且刻意。优点似乎找不到，缺点也不明显，是一部没什么特别意思的片子。电影最后一个个的人物介绍，最无聊了，有意思吗？
缺点也是太工整，太计算之中，太电影化，太...
主角没有人物弧光，显得单薄了些。不过易烊千玺凭借自己身上矛盾的少年稚气和成熟偏执，很大程度上弥补了这点缺失。

文牧野再次从小人物的生活入手，用略带现实主义的手法塑造了一个奇迹。在这个功利至上的社会，每个人的初心尤为珍贵，而更为珍贵的是超越血缘亲情的那份友谊。众人拾柴火焰高，只要齐心协力，我们就可以相信奇迹！
