The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 以为是个剧，没想到是是电影。但是看起来也的确像剧…情节平庸/狗血，但因为是金属，所以不会烦。
男孩们都长得好好看啊，冲着颜值可以一看，美国的高中生活真是，作业太少，所以想干嘛干嘛，就是这个爱好好费钱。
一直铺垫到最后的battle of the bands，精彩爆棚。比起我们的“都选C”可好到不知道哪里去了。
片子里的各种经典片段听着很爽，但是剧情就有点水了。事实证明乐队还是需要个贝斯手，结局算是编剧认清了重金属在当前音乐潮流中尴尬地位~
典型的美式青春，不讨喜之中大提琴融合的金属乐却又有点酷。
重金属和高中生并不冲突，女主很纯真的感觉，反差萌。
