4.5，为思想和文化倾向的审判，这场审判是由谁挑起的？是我们，我们的血。确实，嬉皮士的出发点是没有错的，可其对美国社会造成的影响和危害，是不能以“我们因思想受审”这种伪命题去一笔带过的，虽然没有反转，片子里仍充斥着那股摇滚和不服输的热烈，就和那所谓“垮掉的一代”殊途同归。
囧瑟夫饰演的公诉人也站在控方立场表现出了最大的公正和敬意
三星半 比预期好 开场很喜欢 导演功力比上次有进步 也可能因为庭审戏更适合索金式的快速对白 但人物并没有太立起来
7.5/10 把白左打在每一幀裡的片。節奏太舒服了，但是索金還是太踏實，少一絲靈韻，稍微照本宣科了一點；畢竟這個演員班底是可以飄一飄玩票大的。

看到一半就觉得太ridiculous了，但我觉得文明的进步需要有承认滑稽滑稽的勇气。权力造化弄人，社会三六九等。这些看清了这个世界有多可笑，还愿意用热血肉身去顶撞体制的，值得苦陷死水里的芸芸众生轻呼一声：你们才是可爱的人。
电影编排铺陈和混剪插叙都很漂亮，意识形态倾向过于明显，不过能拍出这样的电影总比被过分压制好。
