The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不差，虽然有些地方蛮生硬的。倒是希望它的作用在于，让年轻的人记得，那部片曾经叫我记得的有妻夫木聪和玉木宏的夏天。它的意义并不在于它有多棒，而在于在那个年代让那个年纪的我看到了它，如此波澜。而后才明白了那句故作深沉时会鬼扯到的句子，青春是本太仓促的书。后来倒也不会一读再读，可当冷丁读起时，心里的确是含着泪的。
又平又扁又俗套，价值体系乍一看惊人的比上世纪八十年代还古旧。

青春就是愣冲，就是不服，就是坚持到底，便会创造奇迹的故事。虽然有点老套和过时，另外类似的故事其实有很多。但是演员真的都很好，很多细节也很用心，给影片整体加分不少。
