The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 导演之前的老头片不想看，看这部主角是漂亮的小伙子就看了…确实长得挺好看嘿嘿（有人说像雨果安贝尔🤣）…算近期比较能看的片子了。导演的个人回忆，精美流水账，前期欢乐，一夜变故之后就有点说教……？然后感觉对拿波里人民来说，没有什么问题是下海解决不了的🌚
议题呈现上《智能大反攻》的问题是自相矛盾，这部则是繁杂混乱，在讽刺层面上，两者肤浅得半斤八两。不过这部由于落点至少还是人本身，所以情感和笑料都做得稍微好一点，就算整部电影从剧本到视觉全都是行活，也不至于让人尴尬。
这是一部导演自传。有什么电影会比导演拍自己的故事还有说服力么？

怪哉，明明是导演最私人的记忆，偏偏没有什么动人之处。我想，还是导演对生活细节的捕捉不够细致准确。索伦蒂诺擅长的并不是通过观察表层生活，展现底下的深流，而是直接抛出一个形而上的喟叹，进而表现这个主题之下“光怪陆离”的、反常的生活。两者不一样。
